Terms and Conditions – 399 Bet Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations correctly when using the 399 Bet platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 399 Bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and 399 Bet.

If you are accessing 399 Bet on behalf of another person or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the platform and shall be interpreted accordingly.

399 Bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of 399 Bet following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 399 Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 399 Bet does not permit minors to open accounts or place bets under any circumstances. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction in which the use of 399 Bet is not prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to access and use online betting services.
• You must be registering as a private individual for personal recreational use. Corporate, commercial, or syndicate accounts are not permitted without prior written authorisation from 399 Bet.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 399 Bet. Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your real name, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

399 Bet reserves the right to refuse any registration application and to close accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements at any stage. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Account Management

Your 399 Bet account is your personal responsibility. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your password with any third party. 399 Bet will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 399 Bet support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@399bet-khelo.com. 399 Bet cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.

Each player may hold only one account. If you have forgotten your existing account details, please use the password reset process rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus or promotional credits in the duplicate account will be forfeited.

Your registered mobile number must remain active and reachable, as 399 Bet uses OTP verification for account security, withdrawals, and important communications. Notify support promptly if your registered mobile number changes.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 399 Bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or prepaid cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (Easypaisa/JazzCash); Rs 500 (NayaPay/SadaPay); Rs 1,000 (IBFT/card).
• Maximum deposit: Rs 200,000 per transaction for mobile wallets; Rs 500,000 for IBFT; Rs 300,000 for card.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallets and cards. IBFT transfers may take 1–3 hours.
• 399 Bet charges no platform-side fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside 399 Bet's control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (wallets); Rs 1,000 (IBFT/card).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will be required to upload a copy of your CNIC. This is a one-time process.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. IBFT transfers may take 2–6 hours during banking hours.
• 399 Bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks will not exceed 48 hours for standard requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 399 Bet platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once 399 Bet has confirmed it and assigned a bet reference number. You will receive on-screen confirmation of every accepted bet. Bets placed during technical outages may be voided at 399 Bet's discretion.
• Minimum Stake: Rs 50 per bet across all sports markets. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on each event's betting page.
• Odds: All odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds locked at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned, if it falls outside the scheduled timeframe, if the odds were published in clear error, or if match-fixing or other irregularities are confirmed. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse. 399 Bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after the relevant incident but before the market suspension may be voided.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single bet at 399 Bet is Rs 2,000,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000. These limits apply per player per event.
• Result Disputes: Sports results are determined by official competition results. If results are later revised by governing bodies, 399 Bet will review affected bets and adjust settlements accordingly.

7. Ludo & Virtual Games

All Ludo games and Virtual Sports on 399 Bet use a certified pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) to determine game outcomes. This system is independently audited to ensure that no party — including 399 Bet itself — can predict or influence the outcome of any game.

• Entry fees for Ludo cash games and tournaments are debited from your account balance at the point of joining a table. Entry fees are non-refundable once the game has started.
• If a Ludo game is interrupted by a technical failure on 399 Bet's servers, the game will be voided and all entry fees returned to participating players.
• If a player disconnects during a game, a 60-second reconnection window applies. Auto-play will manage your tokens using the safest available move during disconnection. 399 Bet is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own internet instability.
• Collusion between players — such as deliberately losing to benefit a specific player's tournament position — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Tournament prize pool distributions are as stated in the tournament lobby at the time of entry. 399 Bet retains a 10% platform fee from all cash game pots.
• Virtual Sports outcomes are generated by PRNG and have no relationship to any real sporting events. They cannot be predicted by any analysis of real sports performance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

399 Bet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. The following standard terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of at least 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Validity: Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.
• Eligible Games: Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Ludo games contribute 50%. Virtual Sports contribute 50%. Free practice mode games do not contribute.
• Maximum Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount of bonus funds that can be converted into withdrawable cash is equal to the original bonus amount (e.g., a Rs 500 bonus can generate a maximum of Rs 500 in withdrawable winnings from that bonus).
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Abuse: 399 Bet monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and coordinated wagering with other players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be closed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 399 Bet platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of their balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to access 399 Bet, gather data, or place bets programmatically without explicit written permission.
• Placing bets using inside information — material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or tournament standings.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 399 Bet platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on 399 Bet.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or location during registration or KYC.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other player or member of the 399 Bet support team.
• Exploiting platform bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial gain. Discovered errors must be reported to support immediately. Winnings from knowingly exploited errors will be voided.
• Accessing 399 Bet from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law.

10. Responsible Gaming

399 Bet is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits can be set to restrict the total amount a player can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can enable reminders to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off: Players can take a mandatory break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is suspended for betting but they can still withdraw their balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer or permanent break can self-exclude. Self-exclusion is permanent by default and is reviewed only after a minimum period of 6 months upon a player's written request.
• Age Verification: We take all reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Any account suspected of being operated by someone under 18 will be suspended pending age verification.

11. Privacy & Data

399 Bet collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL in transit and at rest. 399 Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties. We retain data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and compliance purposes.

For KYC purposes, you consent to 399 Bet retaining a copy of your CNIC or other identity documents. These documents are stored securely and used only for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

399 Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities beyond our control.

399 Bet shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from a player's own decisions in placing bets or participating in games.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side during live games or in-play betting.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Errors in odds arising from data feed failures from third-party providers, where 399 Bet corrects the error as promptly as reasonably possible.
• Service interruptions caused by factors entirely outside 399 Bet's control, including telecommunications failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.

Nothing in these terms limits 399 Bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

399 Bet may suspend, restrict, or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in match-fixing.
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not involving player fraud or misconduct, 399 Bet will return the player's available balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) within 7 business days. Accounts closed due to fraud or breach of these terms may have their balance forfeited pending investigation.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding balance will be paid out via the player's verified withdrawal method.

14. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute with 399 Bet regarding a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the issue with the 399 Bet support team via live chat or email (support@399bet-khelo.com). Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours. Include your account mobile number, the relevant bet ID or transaction reference, and a clear description of your complaint.
2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through initial support contact, submit a formal written complaint to support@399bet-khelo.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 399 Bet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with 399 Bet's response to your formal complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism described in your formal complaint acknowledgement letter.

Disputes relating to bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant bet being settled. 399 Bet will not consider settlement disputes raised after this period.

15. Amendments to These Terms

399 Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address for significant changes.

Continued use of the 399 Bet platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
